Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.
